I offer both individual therapy as well as couples therapy.

If any part of you is interested in therapy, you will likely benefit from it. Whether you have specific goals in mind or are unsure what exactly you want to work on, by the end of our first session I will have helped you identify and clarify your direction.
-
To get started, contact me and schedule a phone consultation. From there we can discuss logistics and get your first session scheduled typically within a week.

During a phone consultation, I will be getting a brief idea of who you are, what you are interested in working on in therapy, what the current circumstances of your life are, and answering any questions. From there we discuss logistics like fee and scheduling if you decide to move forward. Consultations are always no pressure conversations.
At a first session, we expand on what we discussed in our phone consultation in more detail. I will try to get a fuller picture of you and your life. By the end we will no longer be strangers and will have established a working relationship, as well as gained a clear picture of what goals we will be working toward together.

My fee for new clients is $175 per session. I do have a limited number of sliding scale fee spots also available so contact me to inquire about needing a reduced fee.

A single session is approximately 45-50 minutes long. How long you will be βinβ therapy depends person to person, but initial goals are typically met anywhere between 3-12 months and in some cases long term support is also provided. Ultimately it is a joint decision between client and therapist on when feels like an appropriate time to end.

I always recommend weekly to start out with. Once real traction has been made towards goals and weekly support is no longer needed, we can reduce to bi-weekly if desired. When goals are in maintenance mode, monthly sessions are also an option. Sometimes session frequency increases or decreases as needed.
