Therapy with Kianna

I am a therapist who works with those who struggle with anxiety, people pleasing, and perfectionism. My role is to guide you in living your life with more intention and alignment with your values and goals.

I believe therapy is a unique opportunity to slow down, identify what is no longer working, and commit to the direction you want to go instead. I am here not only to support and guide you in making changes, but also to identify your stuck points and give you real tools for moving forward.

Sessions happen at your pace and with your unique history and goals in mind. My style is highly collaborative and flexible to fit your needs.

I offer virtual therapy sessions to California residents and provide a free 15 minute phone consultation to help you decide if working together will be a good fit.
